Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Finding a cheaper price elsewhere
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Minor packaging differences
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes situations where you decide you no longer want the product, ordered by mistake, found another product, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or no longer have a use for the item.

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses generally do not have to provide a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that order changes, address changes, cancellations, or quantity adjustments can be made after purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

Root Relief is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect details, failure to collect, or delivery refusal, we are not required to provide a refund. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order can be resent.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Hygiene and Personal Care Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or handled personal care products unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or a remedy is otherwise required by law.

This includes scalp care tools, serums, applicators, combs, and other personal care items.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

If a replacement is approved, we will advise whether additional shipping fees apply.

Returns Without Approval

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
